We bought my engement ring on 1 May 2013 after 10 days I saw a crack on the inside. We went to Sterns on the 11 May 2013 and the manager said she will order me a new ring andit will take 1 week to 10 days. She will call me 18 May 2013. My fiance and I returned to the store on 25 May 2013. She told us she ordered the new ring but it had a crack in the exact same place so she will contact the supplier and will call me by Tuesday to do a recall on the ring. Today is 8 June 2013 still no ring, still no contact from the store. Where is QUALITY CONTROL?? Where is CUSTOMER SERVICE??
