Horrible customer care

I received an sms saying that my woolworhts account is overdue. shocked my this as i only swipe my card for points/relevant discount and always pay with my cheque card i called the department to query it. i was informed by a Roane that this is for a purchase on the 2nd May. I asked can i query this the amount was not significant as it was for R 162.50 as i cant understand how i wouldnt have paid cash. Also why had i not received a statement as yet. the lady who now assisted me Jenny had problems comprehending the alpahbet and pronounced the adress and my email address wrong. i then requested to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for several minutes before i gave up. it is clearly not an issue of money but of principal. I have visited wooloworths several times after the 2nd may and was never told there is a payment outstanding on my account and like i mentioned i never received a statement.
