When I enquired about stock availability (for the ASUS TF700T tablet) late at night, I wasn't expecting a response until the next day. However, only a short while later I received an informative, clear and polite reply. I was honestly stunned.
Ordering was painless and very speedy. The administrative process (which sometimes takes days at other suppliers) was exceedingly efficient. Shopping with WebAntics has been a pleasure.
Besides that, a Mr Greig Orrel, on own initiative, requested upgraded shipping on my behalf, on account of a long weekend. I have had some bad experiences with online shopping in the past, but their service (and prices, which were the best by far) more than made up for it.
