I won some 3D movie tickets from Ceres Liquifruit to go watch Descpicable Me 2. When I got the tickets eventually, the movie was no longer showing at the cinemas on 3D. I then phoned Ceres and the told me that they spoke with Ster Kinekor and that N1 City and Parow Centre are showing the movie in 3D still but just during certain times and that I must phone them and ask when that times are. I phoned (08216789) Thursday 08/08/13 the evening round about 18:00 and the lady was so rude. She screamed in my ear saying the it is no longer in 3D at any cinemas, when I tried to explain to her what the lady from Ceres told me, did not give me any change to speak etc. She was not very helpfull. When I put the phone down I went into the Ster Kinekor app on my phone and on there it showed that N1 City are having the movie showed on 3D on 09 10 11 Aug 09:30 etc. Now I ask you, how can you let someone with that kind of rude attitude and not helpfull anyway work for you guys? It's giving you a bad name. I will most certainly not be using the help line to get answers from you guys if that is the service that I will be getting.
