Last week I spent R 10 000.00 on jewelry on the 35% sale at Alberton City NWJ. The next day I received an sms (being a loyal customer and supporter of one of their stores), to say all jewelry now 50% off. I phoned the Alberton City branch and asked why they had not informed me when I had spent so much the day before, and asked if I could qualify for the discount that 'came out the blue'. A lady phoned me back and said the owner said I could not receive the new discount, but did not even have the courtesy to phone me even though I had spent R 10 000.00 in her store the day before. I then phoned Louise who is charge of customer service in their Cape Town office and left my name and number... and I am still waiting for a reply.
Really I am a supportive and frequent customer and this is how I get treated... or not actually!!!
