Visited Builders warehouse after spending almost R5000 in the past week. Given that the Fourways manager offered us a discount on our goods we asked for the same at the Northriding branch. Louise was rude arrogant and boarded on with her militant attitude. She interrogated my husband as to who asked him to ask her "a senior manager" for a discount. When we indicated we received one at the Fourways branch the day before she continued to "lecture" my husband on the stores discount policy at which point we told her off and went to pay for our goods. The issue is not the discount but her ridiculous superior attitude towards customers. What a bad feeling to deal with a chain of stores that prides itself on customer service. I hope after reading this complaint Louise is severely dealt with because this is probably just one incident of her disgusting behavior. Shame on you Louise for treating paying customers in this manner. South Africa has moved on from treating people badly so I suggest you do the same.
