I'm a Pick n Pay customer, or should I say I was a Pick n Pay customer.
Today 30-06-2013 we bought toiletries for my brother who is going away for a time.
As it is month end the store is busy. and really I'm a patient customer, as everyone is human and make mistakes, but the cashier (Glady's) had made a mistake she mistakenly scanned one of the products twice. When my brother asked her about it she told him that he was hiding the other one (meaning he is trying to one and pay for the other) Then after checking the camera they saw that she made the mistake.
firstly she shouldn't falsly accuse a client of steeling. then the name on the till slip is different than the name displayed on her nametag. Is it a Pick n Pay tradition to accuse a client of steeling, and then exspect them to just forget about it?
