In November i bought Furniture from furniture city it was a 17- piece special. i drove to Nelspruit to sign documents and fill in forms. i was told i would get my furniture early the following week, in fact it took them a month to finally deliver my stuff.
when it finally came i was than informed that they was a problem with the headboard and and i could expect the new one within a week.its been 3 months now and i am still waiting. i got a number where i could call and the lady i spoke said she would help me promptly and till this day i await her call. i am very disappointed people have come to my house and seen the beautiful furniture from you shop but when i tell them of difficulties when dealing with you. you can bet no one will be making a purchase.
