The reasom for having a pharmarcy and fmcg products in one store is to provide convience and cross selling but if it takes more time than going into two stores then its a flop just like clicks south gate this store is always full maybe adding more pay points or allowing people to pay at the pharmacy would help unlike having to que twic to buy on item.
