I ordered an item on takealot only for there to be a technical issue when selecting payment. Pamela kept in constant contact with feedback on the issue via telephone and email to let me know what was happening and was even happy to walk me through the process. Eventually the item has been purcahsed and despatched and I cant wait for it to arrive.
