Customer service as it should be

I bought a Logitec headset during April and it was delivered on time as promised. I used the headset for two weeks before one of the buttons broke off. I contacted Takealot and they organised to have the item collected and returned to the supplier. Two weeks later I got a msg from Takealot that Logitec had decided the damage was caused by me and that the warranty had been voided, but that they didn't agree with that and would take it further. Two weeks later I got another msg from Takealot, they had convinced Logitec to replace the item and would ship the replacement to me asap, which I received a few days later as promised. Thank you for not simply using the excuse that Logitec had provided you, you could have easily told me that there was nothing you could do.
