I bought a new MTN SIM card from the cashier and I asked where I can RICA it and the cashier referred me to the money market counter. I went to the money market counter and one of the supervisors had to ask the lady to assist me as she was busy having a conversation with her friend. I gave her my drivers licence and bank statement and she rudely asked me if I wanted to Rica with my drivers licence, then she told me that they don't use bank statements as proof of address. then she continued to have a conversation with her friend. Such behaviour is unacceptable to me.
