I was at the shoprite store in pretoria at cnr van der walt and church street on the 27 january 2013, my brothers friend had asked me to get money for him at the shopirte money market.when i got there the lady behind the counter asked for my identity document as is procedure which i adhered to after scanning my ID she requested the M-number which i had stored in my phone together with the pin number and i gave my phone to her so that she can get the M-number. She punched in the numbers and said to me ...''Abuti chelete ya hao ba enkile, " losely translated to..."brother your money has already been taken..."i did not have a problem with that thinking maybe my brother's friend had already send someone. The problem now is the friend never send anyone and is accusing me and my brother of taking the cash and threatening legal action.
i went to the same store today (24.02.2013) to relay my complaint to them and they advised me to open up a case so that the police can investigate at the police station i was told the person who send the money should be the one opening the case as she is the complainant.
