I had an account with hi finance which had gone into arrears and was handed over to jd financial services.
between hi fi corp hi finance and jd financial services i have spent hours on the phone with no results. their service is horrible they drop call. place you on hold for more than 15mins only for the call to cut. none of the consultants can assist and always have to transfer you to someone else. when i asked to speak to a manager they advise me that they are unable to transfer the call and them drop the line. i am trying to make an arrangement to settle an account but no one is able to assist. i would like to know who to take this further with as i am fed up with wasting my time with incompetant consultants
