On more than one occasion I have spoken to the consultants at this above company and without doubt they either do not understand the universal language of English or just put done the phone on me. I know that I am in arrears no fault of mine & the company cannot make me understand why they did not take my dr order off the month of November, im still waiting on recording of this conversation. The unacceptable behavior to me as a customer is pretty disgusting and I promise that this will be the last time I deal with this company as I am an old client of yours and never had such problems before when the branch was able to assist better. The new system pretty not my problem... sort me out. Have an account with Hi Finance Cape Gate - Hi Fi Corp... I do not want a call from the branch as they have assisted me but head office's issue with me need to be sorted.
