Still no debit order or a way to resolve my query

This is what i have sent to the national consumer commision...
"Good Day
I have tried calling, but I could not get through.
I am hoping that you can assist me.
I have a problem with hi finance and contacted the ombudsman who advised that I contact you guys.
The Problem:
I applied for products at hi fi corp on finance and hi finance was involved as well.
Everything went smoothly until I received a letter showing what my outstanding balance is in arrears with over r2000.
I received a call from a consultant at hi finance head office in Durban who advised that the wrong banking details was loaded by the consultant from hi finance at hi fi corp.
She corrected my banking details and stated my debit order will go off at the end of August, which never happened.
When I seen that my debit did not go off I called the call centre again on 0860110808 and this was after the 1st of September 2013, the consultant advised its going off the end of September 2013 and I asked if they are sure and they advised yes it will go off.
Then I received a call from the credit manager who asked me to pay the outstanding amounts which I refused as the consultant of hi finance at hi fi corp ..more to b added..
