Hi there
I have been bombarded by text messages for the past several months re 'my' unsuccessful debit order. The first message is a reminder to transfer funds into 'my' bank account, then it escalates becoming more insistent.
I have phoned the call centre three times explaining that I don't have a Hi-Finance account followed by a request to delete my cell number, which they promise to do... and yet I am still being harassed.
Please please please assist!
