Because of you i am unable to proceed with purchasing a property. Ongoing saga related to your up because of employing incompetent staff. This is the 4TH time i am trying to clear my name from ITC. I have emails confirming the arrears amount logged on my account is at your fault, emails from you to ITC asking them to clear my record, confirmation from ITC that this has been done. Low and behold, me thinking "Finally i can proceed with the house" at no surprise ITC RECORD NOT CLEAR... I then called Hi Finance to ask is going on and you refer me to ITC... i had to wait and submit paperwork to ITC, only for them to send me a measly text message to say "the Credit Granter has confirmed the information is correct!!! ", check your call recordings, check your emails to me confirming it is at your fault and not mine!!! and that you will sort this out with ITC, you have costed me time and this cost money!!! I demand an explanation with a full resolution immediately!!! this has gone on for tooo long and you have left me no choice but to seek legal advice! I have a family and buying this property means alot. This is how serious this matter has become.
