I have been shopping at this store for years and have watched it slide from a wonderful Hypermarket to a disgrace to the brand. The store has for what seems like months been revamped, which has now left total chaos and confusion with products arranged in a haphazard fashion and pricing a thing of the past. Today being payday for most, the store is hopelessly understaffed and while there are good specials, the queues are ridiculous! I stood in an "expess" queue to pay for my 5 items for around 10 minutes (glued to the spot) while some pricing issue was being sorted out for the poor soul in the front of the queue, only to be herded to the next "express" till. There I was made to wait while the cashier slowly got herself organised whilst avoiding making eye contact with anyone around her. What's wrong with a simple greeting, acknowledgement or smile. Shame on you. Her name is: Meulty Mojapolo. When I asked why she didn't pack my goods, she said very cheeckily that its an "express" till. Really! The staff at this store are surly and arrogant. Guys, go for training and learn what customer service is about, clearly you haven't got a clue. I will go back to Honey Junction Family Store!
