I am Theron Rapoo from Rustenburg and I always shop online for the sake of convenience and time. I made an enquiry on the Spitza website on Sunday afternoon and by Monday at noon, I had already received communication from the Head Office. I was so touched by the warmth and approach of Melissa from Customer Care. She called today, on Tuesday morning to let me know that the shoes I was looking for are already available at the store I needed them. I want to applaud Spitz for investing in employees as Melissa. Her smile could be seen over the phone, her spirit of ubuntu and her courageous responses. I am grateful!
