For the 2nd time due to Spitz negligence

I posted a complaint some time back re usage on an account which I did not hold at Spitz. After the investigation it said that a card was issued on my name to someone else and said the account was closed and this will not happen again. The head of the department ensured it will never happen again. Since December I have received over 20 calls stating that I owe Spitz money and no one seems to be correcting anything. Each time I need to explain myself and a week later I keep on getting the same calls. The 1st time I did not even receive an apology letter for the hassle caused as I needed to take time off and go to the police stations. I have also received a letter now stating that my details have been furnished to the credit bureau which will affect my credit score. Very disappointing at the useless service. I am sick and tired of explaining that I do not own a Spitz account. I will be taking this to the NCC if it is not resolved in a week and the comments are removed from the credit bureau. I want the CEO to get in contact with me.
