I wanted to buy an LCD LG flat sceen TV, I contacted russells and spoke to Thembinkosi who told me he will do a telephonic application, I then gave him all the necessary information and he did the application for me, he told me that the was the last tv in store and he came to me at work and i signed all documentations and finilised the applications he promised that the tv will be delivered the same or later the following day. And when i phoned him the following morning but he kept on hanging up, i then decided to call the store manager and he told me that he was aware of my application but i cant get the tv on that given date that Thembinkosi promised, I then questioned why I cant get my tv and he then told me that the application was not yet done and the way that he conveyed the message to him was very arrogant and rude he showed no remorse of his the way that his staff misinformed me, no apology no nothing. If he conveyed the message in a proper way then i wouldnt be this angry. He said if I wanted to cancel I might as well cancel and then hanged up. That brings me to the point what type of service are they giving to their customers they over promise and NEVER deliver.
