New store excels already at infamous bad service!

We went into Game Cresta to buy a 3 plate plug-in stove; no stock. Tthey phoned Rosebank; have 4.
Go there. Rosebank told us yes, have 4, but 3 broken, one was the demo. It was black; I asked for white; they said no longer available. So, we bought the demo.
But we've bought 2 white ones before. I phoned Defy: 'of course we still make white, Game must just order it."
I phoned Game, told them, and asked for them to order.
After almost a MONTH of phoning them repeatedly, being promised call-backs and receiving none (Sidney), escalation to managers (Deon Dreyer, and then Richard, a salesman), I was told it had arrived today. Halleluja!
We take the black one in. After about 2 hours of waiting I was told to pay an extra R400ish Rand.??! They had ordered a cable stove. I VERY SPECIFICALLY repeatedly asked for a 3 plate plug-in. I was then told - again - that Defy does not make white 3 plate plug-in stoves. False.
I ask the manager (Tulani) for some token recompense, and he said "150". Eh.
Got refund. Hunt him down AGAIN. He says "that was the discount if you bought the new stove." Me: "But I didn't buy it, so now? " R50. With a smirk.
That was the final insult. I swore and left.
