I called Edcon department the consultant was rude and refused to provide his name and dropped the call while i was talking to him what a bad service i called again spken to MDU surpervisor for that department i need steps to be take againts that agent the call must be pulled... dta of the call was 24-06-13 time 11:40 to 11:50 am they need to train these guys for customer service i need them to call me back
