On Sunday I had THE WORST experience in my life at Makro Nelspruit - At any given moment you will find 3 Makro employees together having a chat - Makro is OVER STAFFED who do absolutely nothing - They laugh at you and find it extremely funny when they frustrate you - When you get upset they suddenly wonder why - I requested a Manager at RETURNS. Mr Kevin Naidoo was phoned and I was advised that he was on his way. He did not pitch so I went in search of him only to find him having a chat with the ladies (working for Marko) at Enquiries. So I can stand at RETURNS and wait forever whilst he has a chat. This is NOT the first time that Makro disappointed. I totally totally totally lost it on Sunday - I am EXTREMELY disgusted that we as South Africans have to simply accept this kind of service or rather lack of service... Makro, you disgust me - Was promised a call by Mr. Borcher this morning and of course that to did not happen - What a surprise... NOT
