My Final Letter to Truworths. I have decided to close my Account & settled the full amount last week.
I practically begged a Dry Cleaner in Brackenfell to try & save my blouse which like you know I only wore not even half an hour. I was told it's my fault & the material is not the problem by Truworths, however after I begged them, they handwashed & dry cleaned it. They were unable as I've also tried to get rid of any of the marks. So finally I know that I was not at fault, as the lady that I spoke to at the drycleaner is also a dressmaker & she told me their is no way that this could be my fault.
Unfortunately you've lost a good customer, but I'm only a small peanut in the packet, so I'm sure to your Company I'm not a huge loss.
I have not inserted my Account Number as I've destroyed my Card & unfortunately have lost all faith in your products & will be sure to mention my experience.
