I frequently have lunch at the Food Lovers Market Hillfox coffee shop. Why - because the food, service and price are all good.
Yesterday (04 Aug 13) we had lunch and waited forever to be seated yet there where tables available. After being seated we waited just as long for a waiter to take our orders. The food was also substandard. This was the first time I experienced such lousy service from you guys.
I feel like I sold myself short as I do lots of word of mouth advertising on how good this place is and I'm now just so disappointed. You guys have a good thing going at the coffee shop, don't ruin it, just maintain the previous standards.
