Today I went to cashbuild to purchase nails and upon arrival in the store I asked one of their staff member which nails should I buy for a ceiling as I was clueless, i was given the nails only to get home and realise after they opened the packet that they were wrong nails I then went back to the store for an exchange where no one wanted to assist me and the only thing they were interested in telling me is that they are opened, now I was given incorrect information and now I have to pay for it.the attitude of the staff there is appalling as they just left me standing there and no one acknowledged that one of their staff members gave me incorrect information. I called head office and am still waiting for a call from them.
