Incompetence and shocking service all togethe

Vitality and Multiply have the same requirements on a health assessment - Chol, Glucose, BMI & waist measurements.

Momentum don't charge me money, vitality does. So I always do the multiply assessment and forward Vitality the report I receive from the Dischem nurse.

I sent in the report 16.01.2014 - discovery reply that they received my info and will send to back office. In between I have followed up twice still with no service or queries just disappearing into thin air with no replies.

When I phoned in yesterday 30.01 they tell me that the points cannot be allocated because i didn't do their test. Thanks for letting me know btw. So How does this change the result on paper, or is this just another money making scheme for discovery?! How is my results different if it is on a different piece of paper?!

I asked to speak to a manager and there where none available. I was told I would be phoned back. I was not. There is just no service from these guys that over promise and under achieve. This thing has been escalated and submitted and i don't know what else but there is just no service or competence.
