I have never been more humiliated in all my life. I have been a loyal customer to SAB for the past 20 years and I feel that the personnel that I dealt with at the SAB Standerton depot are and have no customer respect or knowledge on how to work with people. I had placed my order this week, like I always do and had realised that I had forgotten a few items. I called the depot and they had told me that I can come collect the stock. I drove down to the Standerton depot and was told that I must reverse my bakkie in after waiting a while he told me to come back later. He never had the decency to greet me or talk to me instead he just demands. I have never been so humiliated in all my life I would of thought that a Company as big as SAB would teach the personal the importance of their customers. Please send your personnel on courtesy course where they can learn to speak to their customers. After all without us they would not get a salary. Please let me know what steps have you taken to ensure that no customer ever feels the way I feel again.
