I went to Home & Depot in Tygervally to purchase a lounge sweet that is made from real leather. The sales assistant that assisted me was Francois Van Zyl and he promised me that the lounge sweet that I was going to purchase was original leather. 100% Leather. I purchased the sofa for R10 998.00 and after 8 months the so called 100% leather started peeling off. (LEATHERGUARD??? MORE LIKE FAKEGUARD. That's when I realised that Francois and the company is a //SPAM. All the contact details he gave us was incorrect and e-mail address was non existing. I went back to Tygervally and the store was closed down so I asked around and they told me there is a branch at N1 City so I went there. I spoke to a sales assistant and she told me that the Tygervally store was closed down due to problems. She took down all my details and promised to call me back with a answer to the and she never ever called me back. After a year when the guaranteed had passed I decided to go to Canal Walk Home & Depot and asked the boss for some advice and how to go about. The boss told me the guarantee had pass and that he can't help me. The company & sold me fake leather, that's!!!
