I am concerned that I receive bad service in general, when collecting my E-commerce items from Cresta or Killarney stores. Why is this so? This is a general problem because it happens once to often as I am a regular e-commerce customer:
- they throw the packet when they bring it from the store room (what if they item breaks???)
- they are impatient because they say in their own language that the E-commerce goods irritate them because they don't how to do it properly, its time-consuming (why are saying this in front of me???)
I have been using the online store only as a matter of conveniece, but the abuse is really not worth it. It saddens me because I really like what Mr Price has to offer.
