Unsatisfactory Service

On the 8 June 2012 i bought a plasma3D 51 inch from game store, card number:5022190304719919 and on the 15 June 2012 i went on holiday and came back on the 17 June 2012.when igot to the house i realised there was a house breaking then i reported the matter at Silverton Police Station. my case number is 382/06/2012. I took all my documents to game store to report the matter so that the insurance can replace the TV set for me as it was insured, to my suprise when i got there i was told, the insurance does not cover and only covers retrenchment, permanent disability and death. When i took the insurance with them, no one explained to me that it does not cover. Please i need help as i'm paying for something i do not have.
