I have been to Mr Price twice in one day and experienced disgusting service by the same "manager" in both occassions.
I ordered shoes for my brides maidsVIA e-commerce that is not a new thing with MR Price. After being told to come back at a later stage because their systems where down I asked is there no other way to process the account as its inconvienent to come back, i get told 'there is no other way' About 2 hours of phoning later i decide to go back in to the branch. (Never mind that they dont answer the phone when its ringing)
I was assisted by a cashier who was more than helpful and apologetic because the e-commerce wouldnt go through - only to have the supposid assistant manager take over. When asking is there no manager or supervisor available to assist us with the payment, Martie snaps that she is the manager and its a new system so i must just wait. When asking her name - she glared and stormed off.
I feel that this is extremely unprofessional from a manager. Her cashiers are more effecient that she should have been.
