I complained previously and then rated as utterly disgusted and got an answer (amazingly), but guess what, Tuesday last week came and went and I STILL DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER ON THE GOBII!!! Guess Kalahari is hoping that I forget that I paid R800, 00 EFT cash and send the faulty Gobii back to them and pray that I won't make further enquiries! Complete disgusted!!! They either NOW need to replace it within 7 days or give my money back! But this cannot drag on like this. If I don't receive any joy, I will take this matter higher than just Hellopeter! Maybe Consumer Complaints and Ombudsman! This is ridiculous!
