Firstly, the staff at your Centurion Warehouse fail to answer the phone for long periods of time. I tried calling approximately 8 -10times before getting through. The staff at the warehouse are not very friendly nor are they helpful.
I asked them to please make sure the couch that I was fetching was a LHF corner unit. They confirmed this with me and loaded it into my van. When I got home, I found that the couch was the wrong side, it turned out to be a RHF couch.
I immediately phoned the warehouse and was spoken to very abruptly by one of the staff members. I have to now take this couch back and get the correct one, this is highly inconvenient and a waste of my time.
Please can you inform your staff at the warehouse to please address customers in a polite manner and to try and improve their customer relations skills.
