I have recently used Loot to order a birthday present for my son's 18th birthday... I ordered this on the weekend and after checking the order realized that it would only arrive after his birthday.
I phoned your office in a panic and some loot angels took over. Getting the parcel delivered to you yesterday and the same day arranging for the couriers to collect to deliver to me today for his birthday tomorrow.
SO how can I say thank you... I know lots of people must have been involved, I did get a mail from Channon but I do not want to leave any staff member out who helped with this amazing delivery.
