I bought a brown couch from @home living space in Design Quarter, received delivery on Wednesday 4 September 2013, when I checked the couch for any damages, I found that there were loose seams on the top of the cushion and many loose strands hanging from different ends of the couch, I was very surprised as it is not a cheap couch and I thought I was purchasing a quality product, obviously not, I have no idea how stock like that was allowed to leave the warehouse in the first place. After making calls to the shop and warehouse I was told to fill out what was wrong with the couch on the receipt and that a replacement would be sent in 4 days, with no surprise I received a phone call saying they had no stock. I have had to call @home for all updates and information and found the calls dissapointing because no one has any information regarding stock. I received a call this morning and explained again what the problem is and asked relevant questions only to be told AGAIN that they will have to check with a supervisor and they will call me back. Promises made and never kept it seems regarding call backs, I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't receive a call back by the end of the day.
