I had an account with Morkels and settled the account but the next day after settling the account they added the charges which was incorrectly, therefore i went to their Branch in town and spoke to Salome which she understood and tried helping me but couldn't't, Then i called the JDG call centre and i spoke to a lady who was very helpfully and the lady transferred me to a Voaghan Wheats who was very rude and unhelpfully, his just useless and wasn't willing to help me and then opted to transfer me to his manager who didn't bother picking up the phone i waited for about 20 minutes with no answer i want my money AFTER ALL IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY IS MERELY ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE.
