Only one staff member in the whole shop. Was purchasing new shoes and returning another pair. Took 23 minutes to perform a return. I was the only customer! Also i experienced equally poor service from the call centre which i phoned while waiting 23 minutes for the exchange.
The call center response was that there was only 1 cashier. That made no sense as i was the only customer. How many cashiers are needed to perform an exchange?
Wont be going back to a store that offers poor service!
