After buying products from superspar robertson yesterday. I noticed in the car I haven't reveived my grandpa's. I didn't return immediately to the shop. Today I went and ask the cashier if she noticed my grandpa's, but with a attidtude the cashier replied no and just walk away. One of the workers indorm me that if I have the slip they could replaced my product. Handing over the slip to the supervisor, she just ask the cashier and inform me that I didn't leave the product there because the cashier said so. And they are not able to help. According to me I didn't leave the product there, it was never packed in my bag. The supervisor believe the cashier over of the client. Isn't the client always right. The cashiers attitude tells me that she didn't even acknowledge my enquiry.
