Today I took the family to Steers at Clearwater Mall today (09/11 at 14h10 CHK 4437 served by Abigail) What a horrific experience. Firstly I asked for 3 cheese burgers well done and one chicken burger with cheese. When the food arrived the meat was underdone and no cheese on the cheese burger. So I returned it to the counter. No apology. The guy just handed it to his staff and they added the cheese.
Now you guys need to understand something here. I'm the customer. I pay your salary. Jack up your service!!! Get competent staff behind the counter!!! Beef up their communication skills!!!
