My wife has an in store account which she requested a debit order on her account as she is too busy with work to follow up on payments. For some reason the employee who supposed to have set up the debit order for her did not do their job. After a few months we received a call from a lawyers firm demanding payment. We had no issue in paying what was due. Thereafter we learned that regardless of payment being made Woolworths decided that they would put my wife on ITC as a bad payer. The fault was theres to begin with and due to the poor work of their employees we now have to deal with my wife having a bad credit score. Further to that we have made dozens of attempts to resolve this issue by contacting all their departments. Each department then sends you to the next department and you ending going in circles.
