We bought a LG microwave the 2nd September 2012 in May 2013 the open button broke and we returned it to the store to have it fixed or replace its a month after we took it to the store and still haven't received the microwave back. We were informed that they waiting for the part but does it really take over more than a month to get a part (a spring in particular)??? We were told that it takes a week to fix
In the meantime we inconvenient with this and don't have something we paid for!!!
