NICK THE MANAGER ASSISTED ME WHEN HIS STAFF GAVE ME ATTITUDE BT HE IS JUST LIKE THEM BECAUSE AFTER OVERCHARGING ME AND FAILING TO DELIVER HE REFUSED TO DEAL WITH ME FURTHER AND REFUSED TO TAKE MY CALLS REFERRED ME TO INCOMPITENT PEOPLE. AS MUCH AS THEY WHERE ABLE TO COLLECT MY CREDITCARD FOR THE SALE I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD BRING MY MONEY. NOW ITS LIKE IM CRAZY GOING FOLLOWING THEM AROUND

I purchased Juliana suit cash for R8000 agreed to pay delivery R150 plus mastergaurd R200 total being
R8350 BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED R8600 WHICH THEY REFUNDED R250.WHEN I EXPECTED THE SUIT THEY TOLD ME THE ONE THEY HAVE IS DAMAGED I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT DAY.
THE DELIVERY FAILED TO TAKE PLACE REASON BEING THE DRIVERS GOT LOST SO I TOOK IT APON MYSELF TO FETCH THE SUIT. I HAVE THE SUIT BUT ITS DAMAGED BUT AFTER THE HUSTLE I WENT THRU TO GET THE SUIT IM KEEPING THEM THE WAY THEY ARE ALL SCRATCHED LIKE THEY OLD OR SOMETHING. MY PROBLEM IS NOW I WANT MY R350 BACK AS THEY FAILED TO DELIVER AND I DONT WANT THEIR MASTERGUARD ANYMORE AS THEY HAVE FAILED ME.
NOW ITS BEEN THREE DAYS WAITING FOR REFUND AND THEY ARE TELLING ME ABOUT HEADOFFICE
ITS MY MONEY I SHOULDNT WAIT THIS LONG FOR IT
