I purchased a 3TB Seagate External HDD when switching the PC on i Heard a Pop sound and the HDD wouldnt Power up the AC Adaptor was smelling burned so i decided to go to Incredible Springfield to have them evaluate the problem seeing that they got TechExperts upon going to store they took my HDD out and one of their Guys tested the AC and confirmed that it was no longer functional, the Lady at the Tech Counter asked me to produce my Invoice wich i couldnt find any more. At this Point she was clearly annoyed with me as she said she would now have to look it up among lots of Numbers, i realise i have caused an inconvenience, but doesnt Incredible use SearchEngines for Invoicing. Then she started shaking my drive wildly around to see if there was something loose she could have established that by just turning it around. Then to top it of she raised her voice at me stating she doesnt know if i bought the HDD at incredible and to make it better she insisted they must send my funtional HDD along with AC adaptor in. If Seagate saw fit they replace and i loose 3TB sensitive Data just for a broken AC that is ridiculous i had to buy a DSTV AC at ZAK Speed took them 2 min to sort my problem
