Bishard and Muneeb of the TechExperts counter in Incredible Connection in Cavendish Mall Claremont successfully sorted out my problem to receive my emails on Microsoft's Outlook with my Apple Macbook Air which technicians in other retail stores were unable to fathom and find a solution to. They were diligent, patient and sympathetic. They took time to understand fully the problem and frustration I was having.
