Today, 12 March 2013 at 14:00, I was shopping with my son at Pick 'n Pay, The Glen Branch. Firstly, I went to the dairy isle where I wanted choc chip parmalat yogurts & to my amazement, they had expired and the date was BB17/12/12. I wonder what incompetent staff member unpacked those yogurts on the shelf. I took a photo of this on my phone. Then, we headed off to the food section to get some pies. I selected the pies that I wanted which the staff member did not seem happy about & when she took one of the pies out, it broke. I was given another one. However, when we got home the pies were all crushed as I'm convinced that the packers don't receive training! How am I supposed to pay & control the packer at the same time! I don't work for Pick 'n Pay. Also, the cooldrink fridges were not working so all the cokes were boiling hot, the frozen foods fridges, in particular where the chicken nuggetts, etc were not frozen. Hopefully the chicken nuggetts my little one wanted are not off. should they be, I will return them! In the paying que a staff member that unpacks magazines was running down the isle with his trolley & ran into my little one! I hope to NEVER return there again! what an AWEFUL Branch!
