I am writing to inform of the bad service I have received with edcon contact centre.
All I require is my payment profile to be updated with the credit bureau as this is really affecting my life and not in a good way. I have made countless calls with their contact centre and I always seem to end up being put on hold until I give up and hang up, no service rendered.
Can this matter please be dealt with.
This is really unacceptable, they so quick to take you to ITC but for them to actually do their job and update things. It takes for ever.
