I have been a loyal customer of Placecol Zambesi for almost two years now. On 24 June 2013 when I phoned for my six weekly nail appointment (which I attend every six weeks) I was asked four times, in the most distasteful tone, whether I will in fact be attending this appointment. After the fourth time the representative from Placecol asked me the same question and after I have answered the distasteful question three times, I enquired from her why she is asking me the same question over and over again. She got all fired up and informed me that my husband missed a hair appointment in April 2013. I recall this incident well. My husband was caught up with a meeting and he phoned Placecol and moved the appointment to a more suitable date and time. I have never experienced such bad client services. I then asked the Placecol representative whether she would like for me to attend another salon. It did not seem that this was a problem at all. I am very disgusted by this incident seeing that I have recommended so many people to the salon in the past and I have been a loyal client for so long.
